Like other Ramparts before her, the Sea Dawn has made her voyage to the Mediterranean Sea and spent many years basking in spanish sun and salty seas.
She has teak decks on oak frame, a carvel built mahogany hull and fastened together with brass/ bronze. She is propelled by two Perkins P6 engines and still maintains a mizzen mast and steadying sail for oversea crossings.
She is moored on the River Thames where she has a history of ownership in Caversham and enjoys the calmness of river cruising up and down the Thames.
